Creating awareness of the importance of visiting the Library!
Why a library tour?
Visiting the library gives access to a variety of reading materials, the library serves as a quiet personal space that encourages children to read ,or a place to go when they need to focus on their studies for test preparation or other related school work like research etc.
This program will aim to guide children on all the procedures of accessing library materials, how to behave while at the library, what materials and services are provided by the library etc.And for each library tour we will aim to have a read aloud session for children visiting the Library.
The library is an important resource for building a knowledge-based society.
